Some customers book Crew Assist: their driver brings a helper, and the two of you carry the items to and from the vehicle.
We call or text you to answer questions and help match you with a driver if you don't have one.
Download Pullforu Driver, tap "Sign up as a helper" and add a photo of your driver's license (the only document you need). We review every helper.
Set up payouts and give your driver your Helper ID from the app. They enter it once and you're a crew. When you're together, they switch on Crew Assist and you take trips as a team.
Do I need my own car?
No. You ride with the driver you're paired with.
Do I need to know a driver?
It helps (friends and family often team up), but if you don't, sign up anyway and we'll help connect you.
Am I an employee?
Helpers are independent contractors, like our drivers, and choose when they work. Pullforu doesn't cover injuries, so we recommend your own occupational accident coverage. Items customers send are covered by the Damage Protection Guarantee (up to $5,000, terms apply).
Have a vehicle?
You can drive with Pullforu instead, and even bring your own helper.
