Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Pullforu (customer) or Pullforu Driver account and the personal information linked to it.

What happens

• We confirm the request with you by email or text (to make sure it's really you).
• Within 30 days we delete your account, profile, photos, saved cards, location history and messages.
• We keep only what the law requires — for example payment and trip receipts for tax purposes, and records of safety reports — and only for as long as required.
• If you have a trip in progress or money owed to you as a driver, we finish that first.
